How fast will you reply?

What file format should I send?
Best: SVG / PDF / AI (vector). PNG/JPG also works for simple engraving – send the highest quality you have and we’ll confirm if it’s suitable.
Can you engrave an item I bring myself?
Yes, we can engrave customer-provided items when suitable. Please note: results depend n the material and surface, and we’ll confirm feasibility before starting.
What’s the typical turnaround time?
Most orders are ready in 2–3 business days after approval. Larger quantities or complex jobs may take longer – we’ll confirm the timeline in the quote.
Do you offer shipping or pickup?
Yes. Pickup in Vilnius is available, and we can ship across Lithuania and the EU (shipping options are confirmed in the quote).
How is the price calculated?
Pricing depends on material, size, quantity, design complexity, and whether cutting is needed. You’ll receive a clear quote before production starts.
