What services do you offer?
We offer custom laser engraving and laser cutting for individuals and businesses. Depending on the project, we can work with a wide range of materials and create both one-off custom pieces and larger quantity orders.
Do you work with individual orders or only business clients?
We work with both individual customers and businesses. We accept one-off custom orders as well as bulk and repeat orders for companies, events, branding, packaging, and other projects.
Can you help me choose the right material?
Yes. If you are not sure which material would be best for your idea, we can recommend the most suitable option based on appearance, durability, intended use, and budget.
Do you check files before production?
Yes. Before production, we review the file and confirm the key project details to reduce the risk of errors and help ensure a clean and accurate final result.
Do you provide a mock-up or proof before production?
Yes. If needed, we provide a mock-up or proof for approval before production. This helps confirm the main details before the job goes into production.
What information should I provide when sending an inquiry?
To help us evaluate your request faster, please include the desired size, material or item, engraving or cutting area, quantity, intended use, deadline, and a file or reference image if available.
Materials & Files
What materials can you work with?
We work with materials such as acrylic, wood, plywood, MDF, leather, cardboard, paper, certain textiles, rubber, stone plaques, glass, mirrored surfaces, and some coated or anodized metals. Material suitability depends on the project, and we confirm it before production when needed.
Can I provide my own material?
Yes, in many cases you can provide your own material. We will first need to confirm whether it is suitable and safe for laser processing.
Are all materials safe for laser cutting or engraving?
No. Not all materials are suitable or safe for laser processing. Some materials may produce poor results or unsafe fumes. If you are unsure, contact us before placing the order and we will advise you.
What file formats do you accept?
For best results, we recommend vector files such as PDF, SVG, or AI. We can also work with JPG or PNG files for certain engraving projects. What if I do not have a ready file?
That is not a problem. If needed, we can help prepare your file or advise you on how to adapt your design for laser engraving or cutting. For more detailed guidance, please see our [File Preparation] page.
Can you engrave logos, business branding, or custom designs?
Yes. We can engrave logos, text, graphic elements, and custom designs for both personal and business projects.
Pricing & Production
How is the price calculated?
Pricing depends on several factors, such as material, size, quantity, engraving or cutting complexity, file preparation needs, and production time. We always present pricing clearly so you know what to expect before production begins.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Not always. We accept both single-piece custom orders and larger quantity orders. The best option depends on the project type, material, and production requirements.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the type of project, quantity, complexity, and current workload. We aim to respond quickly and usually provide an estimate on the same or next business day.
Do you accept urgent orders?
Yes, urgent orders may be possible depending on the project and our current schedule. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly before placing it.
Can you handle bulk or repeat orders for businesses?
Yes. We work with business clients on both one-time and recurring orders. If you need a larger quantity, feel free to contact us for a custom quote.
Delivery & Collection
Can I order from outside Vilnius?
Yes. Orders can be collected in Vilnius or shipped within Lithuania and abroad, depending on the project.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We can arrange delivery in Lithuania and internationally. Delivery options depend on the size, type, and destination of the order.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Order collection in Vilnius is available by prior arrangement.
What if I am not sure whether my idea is possible?
Send us your idea, sketch, photo, or file, and we will let you know what is possible, which material would work best, and what result you can expect.
